Today I'm back on my feet and I wanted to show you a small selection of my favourite outfits from the past 12 months. I know I do monthly recap posts where I sum up my month in clothes (you can find my April's recap here) but I was recently introduced to Social Print Studio, a photo printing company, and was inspired to create a lookbook showcasing my best looks. They have these really great custom photobooks that can bring any lookbook to life.
As I've shared quite a lot of outfits with you since the inception of My Daily Wear, I focused on the past 12 months and picked a few looks which I love the most.
You have probably noticed that I'm a huge fan of bold colours. This may sound a bit strange considering the fact that I'm quite shy in real life and don't like drawing too much attention to myself.
However, I often reach for bright hues in a bid to brighten my disposition. Bright colours brighten my mood and make me feel a lot more energised.
Right now, you are probably thinking 'NOT AGAIN'. I'm really sorry for bombarding you with photos of my blanket wraps and capes. I just can't get enough of them as they're so cosy and perfect for layering when you transition between seasons.
What do you think of my mini lookbook? I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments below.

I'm sure all you have a garment that makes you feel like hundred dollars. For me, it's the skirt I'm wearing in the retro-inspired post here. As I'm rather curvy, I always struggle to find pencil skirts that would look flattering on me. I knew this one was a keeper the moment I put it on.

Last year I stepped out of my comfort zone and treated myself to some coloured and printed trousers (here, here and here). It was a bold move for me as I never thought I'd wear prints and bright hues on my bottom. I was surprised how flattering they looked on me. They made me feel fabulous so I'm certainly going to wear them again this year.
