A few months ago I wrote a blog post about common misconceptions about fashion bloggers, which proved to be one of the most popular posts that has appeared on My Daily Wear since its launch in 2014. When I tell people that I run a blog about fashion, they often wrongly assume that my wardrobe is filled to the brim with designer pieces which I chuck out every season. Isn't that crazy? Who would throw out their clothes after wearing them for a few months, especially if they cost a fortune?
If you read my blog from time to time, you know that over half of my wardrobe comes from a supermarket. I also constantly recycle my clothes and use them to create new looks as this is what fashion should be about.
For example, today I wanted to show you a lavender dress that debuted on my blog last summer. While back then I teamed it with a lavender satchel and beige shoes, this time I decided to sport lavender hues from head to toe.
I know I'm biased but I really like this pastel outfit. I think it's really feminine and perfect for the summer.
P.S. Please ignore the plasters on my feet. The day before I shot photos for this post, I wore shoes that were so uncomfortable.
